Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
1) Once we receive your order - we dispatch your product within 3 working days - (Handling time).
2) Delivery of the same may take 3 to 7 days from the date of dispatch, based on your location.
3) Shipping is done by an external agency and they are solely responsible for the delivery process.
4) Shipping is not guaranteed, in some areas it might not be available. But for others, we suggest you to input complete postal address with 2 contact nos. - so that it reaches to you fast and crisp.
5) Use the tracking facility provided by the courier agency to be updated on the delivery period. Be there for delivery - as your unavailability can result in RTO (Return to Origin)
Return & Exchange Policy
1) If for any reason, you need to return the product, you can do so within 7 days only (from the date of receiving). - NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURN POLICY
2) For Returns/Exchanges - please mail the Order Invoice with your request to Return/Exchange. We will verify the same and then ask you to courier it.
3) You will have to courier the same to our address at your cost (if it is a Return) / at company's cost (if it is an Exchange)
4) Upon receipt of the product sent by you, if we find the product untampered and in original condition - we will refund you the full amount excluding the shipping cost within 5 working days.
5) After 7 days from Receipt of Item - there are no returns accepted.
